As soon as you have completed all of the first four islands - you only have to get the bronze medal for the islands,as soon as you have completed the first four islands the town/market/dockyard/city - : those are the islands,then go back to the scare island-where there is a women typing - you can save your game there - click on her eand then go back to on of those four places and then go and find those trampolines and then you can jump on those in every place you get to.
