Alternate Ending
To obtian the alternat you must Yfinish the Stellazzio (Zodiac) Quest and keep "Shina's Hammer", which you find in the room after fighting Lich on disk #4. You must keep this item, Don't lose, use, or sell/combine the hammer. It has to be present in your inventory for you to get the alternate ending.
Black Jack mini-game
Complete the game. Once the credits finish and "The End" screen appears, press R2, L1, R2, R2, Up, X, Right, Circle, Down, Triangle, L2, R1, R2, L1, Square(2). If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Press Start to begin playing the Black Jack mini-game.
Coffee Quest
At the watchtower in Dali, give the guy the 3 coffee beans he wants and he'll in return give your the Prima Vista Figurine.
To obtain the beans you must find them. Here's where they're located....

Disc 3, before finishing the Card Game (While you're waiting for King Cid) head to Dali and check the Chief's hut for a key to the previously locked door inside the windmill.

Around the town that has the auction house and the lady who collects Zodiac signs, wander in the darknesss in the field and forests. You should encounter a ghost, give it some Ore and you'll win the battle, resulting in 10 AP.

Get the Excalibur I and II
To get the Excalibur buy the Majic Finger at the Treno Auction early on. Once you reach Dargelo, give htis item to an old man you meet there and he'll give you the Excalibur in return
To Get the Excalibur II, you'll have to get to Hades under 12 hours, and after beating Hades, check the fartheest right pillar for the sword.
Jump rope mini-game
Have Vivi approach the girls jumping rope near the ticket both in Alexandria. Talk to them and they will let Vivi join them. Press X when the symbol appears over Vivi's head to jump. Keep jumping successfully to get Gil, rare cards, and other items. Here are the items in the order that you can win
* 20 jumps: 10 gil
* 50 jumps: Cactrot Card
* 100 jumps: Genji Card
* 200 jumps: Alexander Card
* 300 jumps: Cat Paw Racket
* 1000 jumps: King of Skipping Title
Quiz Master
In the Black Mage, look for an oddly dressed character whit a Circle and X floating around him. Confront him and he'll ask you a series of 13 questions, for each correctly answered question, you'll recieve large amount of AP and answer all 13 correctly and you'll get a memory ring
Ragtime Mouse
If you find the ragtime mouse, and properly answer his questions you can score some extra gil. He's been known to appear Gunitas Basin, Lindblum Plateau, Bentini Heights, Lucid Plains, Pualei Plains, and Alexandria Plateau. Each time you answer a question you get a prize, and after answer multiple in a row, you can get big money
