Steal the card
You can steal brads star card to get into the computer in the police station. To do this you must go to fight the monster after it kills Brad just run over to his body and pick it up it is that simple.

if you dont want to have to get s.t.a.r.s. card so you can hack into that computer to get the password for the number based lock the password is 4011
Location of 5 Survivers
When in Mercenaries game there are 5 survivals and ways to get lots of extra time that I found:
1]Go to the gas station you will recieve a load of shotgun shells and some aditional time[20 sec.]
2]When you leave the court yard there will be a few zombies blocking you path to the Racoon city press office [news building]use the shot gun.
3]go up stairs but be lairy of those red mutant's use the magnum when you first walk in and on the stair's then go up to the top floor and find a another surviver she will have the same ammo. and time as the last did.
4]when you see Nemesis use the rocket launcher just once and only once when he falls leave him and run to the elevator.when on the ground you will incounter 3 spiders shoot the first two with magnum bullets and runpast the third.
5]inside the power station you will find a surviver and get first aid and 20 secs.
6]when you first saw nemesis he might still be there dont' kill him just shoot him aside and run.
7]when you leave the garage you will fight nemesis with his shirt off shoot him with the rocket launcher and when he falls stand still he will rise again in a few seconds when he does don't shoot till he's lookingat you this time he's died and you get 120 sec.
8] inside the restaurant there are three red mutants shoot the first two and jump down the hole you will find a surviver he will give you magnum bullets and 20 secs.
9]this is the last suvival it should be a member of the team.where you used the fire hose in the game go down that path inside the storage room you will find him with spray and 20 sec.

Fight Nemesis without Rocket Launcher
-After you ring the bell in the clock tower. You will have to fight Nemesis.
1)You can fight him with his Rocket Launcher.
or...
2)You can fight him without his Rocket Launcher.
It doesn't matter which choice you choose. It just depends on which way it's easier for you to kill him.
-If you'd rather fight Nemesis with his Rocket Launcher, you MUST choose this choice before you enter the clock tower.
-Right after Mikhail pulls the bomb in the trolley, a live selection appears. You have two choices. (3 actually)
1-Jump out the window
2-Use the emergency brakes
-Choose #1 and Jill will jump out the window. Now after you rung the bell in the clock tower, you'll fight Nemesis with his Rocket Launcher. (Carlos will also give you some Freeze Rounds if you choose this choice)
-IF you'd rather fight Nemesis without his Rocket Launcher, Select: Use the emergency brakes or don't select a choice Now just before you fight Nemesis after you rang the bell, Carlos will come out and destroy Nemesis's Rocket Launcher and passes out. You now face Nemesis. Good Luck!!

Mercenary mode
Successfully complete the game once on any either difficulty setting and wait for the credits to end, then save the "Next Game" file to unlock "The Mercenaries" mini-game. Start a new game, choose that saved game, then select "The Mercenaries" mode. This mode involves controlling Carlos, Mikhal, or Nikoli from the train to the starting room with a two minute timer. Killing the various opponents and rescuing civilians during the journey will add extra money and more time to the clock. A rank and money will be awarded after the game is completed. The money can be
used to purchase better weapons and infinite ammunition.

Boutique key
Successfully complete the game once and wait for the credits to end, then save the "Next Game" file to receive the key to the Boutique on the first street at the start of the game. Use the key to enter and change into an alternate costume.

Alternate costumes
Successfully complete the game on the easy difficulty setting with any rank better than an F to unlock Jill's costume from the original Resident Evil and Regina's costume from Dino Crisis. Successfully complete the game on the hard difficulty setting with a rank of D to unlock two costumes, C for three, B for four, and A for all five costumes. The three additional costumes are a police miniskirt, disco, and biker outfits.

Locker combination
When entering the Police Station and going into the door in the
top left corner you will reach a room with zombies. After killing them,
enter the next room, which contains the lockers. Once there, go to the other
side to find a locker with a light on it. The game will prompt for a code. The
code is either "0131", "0513", "4011", or "4312".

Park fountain solution
When using the water control unit in Raccoon Park to drain the fountain, you will need to align the gray and black gears. The gears need to be moved in this order to correctly align them and drain the fountain. Move bottom left lack gear Up. Move top center gray gear Down. Move top right gray gear to the Left. Move bottom right black gear Up. Move top center gray gear Down. Move top left black gear to the Right.

Water sample solution
When using the water sample machine in the abandoned Waste Processing Plant (Dead Factory), you will need to correctly align the three lines of the water sample to process the sample. The four possible solutions are A: 4 Right, B: 2 Right, C: 2 Left. A: 1 Right, B: 1 Right, C: 2 Left.
A: 1 Left, B: 2 Left, C: 2 Right. A: 1 Right, B: 3 Right, C: 4 Left. This will
unlock half of the lock to the door next to the elevator.

Beat Resident Evil on any skill level.when you beat it it will ask you to save,choose yes.when you load it up it will give you some options.
Xhoose THE MERCENARIES.This is a little subgame that lets you get some pretty good guns and ammo.Chosse GAME START.You can choose from 3 different characters. carlos,(M4A1,EAGLE 6.0,HAND GUN BULLETS,3 MIXED HERBS,2ND BEST).mikhail(BENELLI M3S,M629C,ROCKET LAUNCHER,SHOTGUN SHELLS, MAGNUM BULLETS,MIXED HERB,BEST).nicholai(SIGPRO SP2009, KNIFE,BLUE HERB,3 FIRST AID SPRAYS,HARDEST).
I suggest using mikhail for beginners.The object is to get from the TROLLY to the WHAREHOUSE SAVEROOM.In 2minutes.You get extra time by killing zombies,dogs,brain diemios,hunters,and the feared NEMESIS.You face mostly zombies.They give you3- 7seconds a kill.If you see barrels use them when theres a crowd of zombiesor other monsters.You face NEMESIS 3-4 times if you go the right way.I would run from them if i were you.They give you okay time though.The only one I kill is the one that appears by all the cars that are trashed.With the bus and the big clearing.He only appears when you have over 2 minutes when you get there.If you kill him,he will have purple blood,he'll give you 120 seconds. So you're probably thinking okay what do I get if I beat it.Well if you die or beat it you will get money.
Depending on how good you do you get money.The highest I've got is around 700 dollars.Okay, okay now what do I do with the money.Well when you get a enough depending on what you want.You get infinite ammo for it.You can have the Sub-machine gun(4)tough,okay damage,and fast.($2000)Gattling gun(3 1/2)strong damage,but very slow.($3000)Rocket launcher(5)slow but very strong.($4000)Infinite ammo(5)great($9999)You can keep using this stuff as along as you load this game up.
