1.0 Introduction

After lots of trying to get things to work, I dediced to make my own guide for each girl.
This is the first one, on my favourite girl in the game, Lei-Fang. My hope is that this
will make trying to complete each girl as easy as possible. Mmm Lei-Fang...oh sorry I got
ahead of myself. This was the 2nd game I got for my box, and Im still playing it. I hope
you reading this enjoy this wonderfully "stimulating" game as much as I do... This guide
can be used for play as Lei-Fang, or having Lei-Fang on your team. In order to complete
her whole wardrobe of swimsuits, you'll need to use other characters...

2.0 General Tips / General Info
======================================================================================
Lei-Fang, in my opinion is one of the easiest, and frankly best characters in the game.
Shes got it all...well..mostly. So I've compiled a few tips everyone should know.
First of All, the instruction book lists Lei-Fang as:
Lei-Fang is a young genius in a rich family.
Though she's cheerful and kind to everyone, she can be a proud little princess.

What does this mean? A Breakdown if you will:
>>>*> Power; Lei-Fang is definately not what you will find to be a 'powerhouse'. It is very
difficult to get a 'Nice Spike' with her. You'll find that if you have Lei-Fang on your
team with another character, she'll often hit the net if she tries to spike from the back row.
Although what she lacks in power Lei-Fang makes up in other categories. You'll also find that
Lei-Fang will get knocked over very easily, espescially by power-house players like Hitomi, Helena
and Lisa.
>>>****> Technique; Leif-Fang is a strong technical player. You will find that Lei-Fang has a
variety of defensive moves, and that 'placement' of your spikes will be very accurate. In other words
she may not have the strongest spikes, but she'll almost always be able to spike where you want to, which
is in my opinion is more important. Defensively speaking, this means she'll get up quicker when knocked down.
When on a Team, Lei-Fang will be very effective on offense, I find as a team-mate, shes very good at spotting
open places to score on the other team.
>>>*****> Defense; Lei-Fang is pretty much a brick wall when it comes to defense. A Well-timed recieve button
will almost always stop spikes. I find this crucial to the value of her character. She can usually recieve spikes,
maybe 85% of the time. Lei-Fang will also dive/dig/jump and basically do whatever it takes to stop a spike. Her
location on the field also is quite interesting. I've found that with her spike receptions, she can usually recieve
a spike, even from somewhat far from the ball. (Relatively Speaking).
Enthusiasm: Lei-Fang is the easiest character to recruite into your team. She likes everyone. She is also liked
by all the others, and thus you can recruite any other girl, with relative ease. She is generally in a good mood.
On your team, Lei-Fang is a pretty easy girl to keep happy. The only way you can really piss her off is by losing,
and even then it will take a good 3 or 4 losses before she leaves you.

2a Controls
======================================================================================
Personally I prefer digital control. It makes the game easier, and I feel in more control
with digital. This also makes it easier to pull the dreaded 'b' attack when someone is
trying to block a spike.
Left-Analog Stick: General Movement on the Field of Action (haha)
Right-Analog Stick: General Movement of your Team mate
Button X: Light Attack, used best when they're trying to block you.
Button Y: Light Recieve, used best to set up teamate for a spike.
Button A: Hard Attack, used to serve/spike, return ball.
Button B: Hard Recieve, used best when blocking spikes.
R/L Trigger: Used for Gravure Vision, no use in V/Ball
Digital Directional Pad: I use this for placement of the spike. This is how I see the D-Pad.
Look at the D-Pad as if it a mini-map of the other team's part of the field. (Up/Down/Left/Right)
"Up" would be the top middle part of their field, Left Would be the left middle part, Right
would be far right middle, and etc. Now If you combine with Up/Left, Down/Right, (whatever) You
now can place the ball almost anywhere. Here's what im talking about:

So If you're in Pos. A: Here's how to control your spikes

1: Left 4: Down + Left Pos 7-9, can't be hit.

3: Right 6: Down + Right

4: Up + Left 7: Left Pos 1-3, Can't be hit.

Pos. D-F

Basically, if you're spiking from here, you wanna use hit
Right + Up, Right, or Right + Down, or else you'll hit the net
and if you're a weak character you might anyway.

2b Recruiting Lei-Fang
======================================================================================
Lei-Fang is very easy to recruit. Basically you all you have to do is read up on her fave
things. (Wether its swimsuits, accessories, whatever). And give her gifts, 3 good gifts is
all it takes. A Basic rule of thumb with Lei-Fang is think yellow...that's usually the easiest
way to charm her.

3.0 Items Guide

Ok Here's a list of items and how she'll react to them, and where to buy them.
Before we start, here's how to gauge Lei-Fang's reactions. Always remember, the last 3rd
of the day, she will always open it in front of you.
