yesterday’s suit), EXAMINE SUIT (note it is wrinkled and dirty),

READ GRAFFITI (note Brian and Shaz), CLIMB WALL (you can’t reach),
STAND LOO (standing on the loo you manage to clamber into the next
stall where the door is open – you find yourself in the men’s
room), EXAMINE DOOR (find a screwed up piece of paper which was
jamming the door and remove it), EXAMINE VENT (note for later), N
(into corridor).
W (computer room), EXAMINE TERMINALS (see a message on a monitor),
READ MESSAGE (“?Password”), HELP (people often use names of people
they care about for passwords), INPUT BRIAN (“Who do I love?”),

cupboard key), E (into manager’s private washroom), EXAMINE SHELF
(find a copy of “Adventure Probe”), READ PROBE, EXAMINE CUPBOARD,
UNLOCK CUPBOARD (using the small key), DROP SMALL (key), LOIN
CUPBOARD (find a handwritten note), READ NOTE (an advertisement),

PUSH BUTTON (you enter the lift), EXAMINE PANEL, PUSH 3 (you enter
the director’s reception area), GET FILE (nail), EXAMINE FILE,
EXAMINE SEATS, W (by a locked door), INSERT PLASTIC (you manage to
open it and step through to a corridor), S (executive washroom),
EXAMINE MIRROR (see a crumpled suit), EXAMINE CUPBOARD, READ
GRAFFITI, OPEN CUPBOARD, LOIN CUPBOARD (find a clean set of
clothes and wear them), EXAMINE MIRROR (you are now smart), N, W
(director’s office), GET PENCIL, EXAMINE PENCIL, EXAMINE CHAIR,
SIT CHAIR, EXAMINE DESK, OPEN DRAWER, GET NEWSPAPER, READ
NEWSPAPER, EXAMINE PLANTS, LOBE PLANTS (see a suspender belt and a
pair of stockings).
E, N (secretary’s office), EXAMINE DESK (see drawer), OPEN DRAWER
(locked), INSERT FILE (you manage to force it open), DROP FILE
(bent), LOIN DRAWER, GET CLIPS (paper), EXAMINE CLIPS, LOUN DESK,
GET BAND (elastic), EXAMINE PHOTOCOPIER (out of paper), EXAMINE
PAPER, WRITE MESSAGE (you quickly write a help message, but the
pencil breaks and you need more copies), DROP PENCIL, INSERT PAPER
(in the photocopier), EXAMINE PHOTOCOPIER (needs money), INSERT
CHANGE, USE PHOTOCOPIER (you make forty copies), S, E, OPEN DOOR
(it closes behind you).
EXAMINE BUTTON, PUSH BUTTON (you enter the lift), PUSH 1 (to first
floor), W, W, READ SIGN (broom cupboard), UNLOCK DOOR (using the
steel key), DROP STEEL (key), S, GET STEPS, EXAMINE STEPS, EXAMINE
EQUIPMENT (you take a broom), EXAMINE BROOM, N, E, E, PRESS BUTTON
(you enter the lift), PRESS G (to ground floor), W, S (by door),
DROP STEPS, OPEN DOOR (something is stopping it from the other
side), EXAMINE WINDOW (standing on the steps you see a dog and a
chair jamming the door), DROP MINTS (the dog goes for them and
wraps the lead around the chair), BEND CLIP (paper), FIRE CLIP
(you hit the dog who runs off, dragging the chair out of the way…
you quickly enter the main lobby before the dog returns), GET
BATTERY, EXAMINE BATTERY, N, N, E.
PRESS BUTTON (you enter the lift), PRESS 1 (to first floor), W, W,
W, W, GET FAN, EXAMINE FAN (the battery is missing), INSERT
BATTERY, EXAMINE DESK, GET SCREWDRIVER, EXAMINE SCREWDRIVER, E, S
(into men’s room), EXAMINE VENT (could lead outside), OPEN DUCT
(you lever the cover off with the screwdriver), GO VENT (you’re
too big), USE BROOM (you push the exterior cover off), THROW
MESSAGES (into the duct but they don’t go far enough), ON FAN (the
help messages are blown out of the duct, hopefully someone will
see them and send help), N (a security guard has found one of the
messages and suggests you leave… he leads you to the stairs but is
attacked by one of the dogs… he is injured… you are at the bottom
of the stairs), EXAMINE GUARD (the number 666 is written on his
hand), INPUT 666 (the lock opens and you find yourself in the
underground carpark), N (you stagger up the slope into light).
CONGRATULATIONS you have managed to escape,
until next Monday morning when work begins again!
