Install NewsRover, then run the rb_nr21.exe
from within the NewsRover directory.
If the Crack does not give an error message,
execute newsrover.exe, and follow the normal
configuration instructions.
To Register the program, just enter any value
into the User Name and Registration Key text
boxes, and click the Register button.
