GTA 3: Vice City (all versions) fake audio files
Unpack the archives into the GTA 3: Vice City home directory to have the fake
audio files installed. These 1) stop the game from trying to find them on CD
#2 and 2) prevent the user from having to copy hundreds of Megs of unnecessary
audio files from CD #2 onto the hard disk. The fake audio contains separate
packages of silence for ambient sounds, radio channels and speech.
