I havn't found a trainer that works at all and
I remember someone else making a macro that
did the weaknesspays typed cheat over and over.
So i improved on the idea, but in C++.
It's in Console because I don't have the time to
write a GUI for it.

To use, start my cheat and then start SimCity 4.
If you want to change how many times weaknesspays
is entered after each keypress hit the "END" key
and my program should come to the foreground
ans ask.
While playing in a game be sure you are in Mayor
mode and the mouse cursor is a circle (get this
by pressing Escape a few times). Then hit the
HOME key and the cheat will execute. Do not type
while its happening, but you can press ESCAPE
to stop it from going if you like.
While the cheat is not sending Weaknesspays
ESCAPE will exit the program all together.
THe last configuration of how many times to
use weaknesspays is saved and reloaded
when the program reopens :-)
The program simply emulates the keyboard, but checks
to ensure SimCity4 is in the foreground before
sending weaknesspays. Will also autodetect when the
SimCity4 Window opens, and when it closes.
