Quick info
----------
1. Copy trainer.exe to game directory (where rangers.exe is)
2. Start game with trainer.exe
3. Press F12 to make all cheats consume zero cheat points
4. Use in-game cheats (included in cheats.html)
5. Press F12 to restore normal cheat mode
NOTE
----
This trainer is only tested with English version 1.0 (NOCD).
It probably WON'T work with other versions and might cause
unpredictable damage, if you use it with other versions. Use
it at your own risk.
Technical details (for other hackers only)

If you set a breakpoint at 0061B28D, it will be triggered
everytime a cheat is used. EAX register will hold the number
of cheat points for that cheat and the trainer replaces
mov EBX, EAX ---> xor EBX, EBX
